Real Estate Client
You have been the captain of this ship, and it has been a very stormy voyage. Your unflappable nature was essential to the result we have now achieved, and I particularly appreciated how you always seemed to know when to fight a point and when to let go. Many lawyers do one or the other well; few do both…none of this would have gotten off the ground if not for your masterful negotiation of the lease, where you literally spun straw into gold, and materially added to the value of the property.
