Complaints Policy

Clients not happy with the service provided to them by Asserson Law Offices (“Asserson”) should in the first instance direct their complaint to the solicitor or other lawyer dealing with the relevant matter.

If this does not resolve the complaint, the client should refer the complaint to the partner responsible for dealing with complaints, which at the present time is Trevor Asserson, by email to trevor@asserson.co.uk.

If the complaint cannot be resolved by the partner responsible for dealing with complaints, the client should feel free to refer the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman (at www.legalombudsman.org.uk) and/or to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (at www.sra.org.uk).
