Projects and Infrastructure

The experience of our team members in the projects and infrastructure sector dates back to the very first private finance initiative (PFI) transactions in the UK in the early 1990s. Since that time we have advised lenders, consortiums and governments on projects in sectors including transportation, health, urban regeneration, prisons, defence, energy and renewables.

Our work is not limited to domestic UK transactions. Members of our team have advised on public private partnerships (PPP) in developed and emerging markets across the world. In doing so, we are able to draw on our decades of experience on UK projects to provide solutions to issues that we have addressed in the past whilst always recognising that each jurisdiction has its own individual requirements and nuances and “one size does not fit all.”

We understand that a successful project involves close collaboration and co-ordination across all the advisory team. We seek to forge strong relationships with international and local advisers on all projects in which we are involved to provide clients with an efficient, seamless and results-driven service.
