Hadie is a key member of the Business Law team and is experienced in assisting clients across a wide range of sectors with their commercial and employment matters. 

She leads the Asserson specialist Care Team providing a comprehensive service that touches upon all aspects of buying and selling care homes. The Care Team encompasses specialists from Business Law, Employment, Real Estate and Finance and will support you through the entire process from reviewing and negotiating terms of sale to conducting specialist due diligence. 

Hadie develops close and productive working relationships with her clients and the other professional advisors on the client team including accountants, tax advisors and regulatory specialists. Hadie is appreciated by clients for her responsive and straightforward attitude and enjoys establishing a positive dialogue with lawyers on the other side of the transaction.

Hadie works for leading care home operators as well as new market entrants, offering focused specialist advice at each step of the deal.

Hadie lives in Netanya with her family. She enjoys gardening as well as cooking for her family and friends.
