Tomer is a dual-qualified lawyer (UK and Israel) with experience in English, Israeli and public international law.
Tomer advises clients in relation to commercial litigation and international arbitration, with a focus on cross-border corporate and bankruptcy disputes. Tomer also advises clients on public law claims, including judicial review and human rights matters.
Previously Tomer has worked for the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Israeli Mission to the United Nations (New York), and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem where he taught a course in international law and wrote and published in the field together with Prof. Ruth Lapidoth.
Tomer studied law and English literature at the Hebrew University. He represented Israel at international legal competitions, captaining his team to a semi-final place and ranking personally as one of the world’s top individual speakers. After graduation, Tomer launched and coached the university’s first team to the Vis international commercial arbitration competition in Vienna, Austria.
In 2018 Tomer received a Master of Laws from Stanford Law School where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar. At Stanford Tomer was elected Class President, won the law school’s Community Leadership Award, and participated in the prestigious Ignite program at the Graduate School of Business.
In his spare time Tomer enjoys mindfulness meditation, swimming and creative writing.
