Israel’s First International Arbitration Seminar…hosted by Asserson

On 20 April, more than 100 people attended the first gathering of lawyers and interested parties from around the world on international arbitration to be held in Israel. Asserson brought together the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) with Herzog, Fox & Neeman (a leading Israeli law firm) and ACC Israel (the Association of Corporate Counsel) to debate the key issues.  The half day seminar was held in central Tel Aviv and focused on how users can interact with international arbitration courts, what to look out for and consider, and specifically how to deal with Israel related issues.
