Sarah-Beth Neville
Sarah-Beth is an employment lawyer with experience advising on the full range of employment law issues. Sarah-Beth has acted for both businesses and individuals on matters including: employment contracts and employee exits; disputes and settlements; policies and procedures; restrictive covenants; reorganisations and redundancy processes; ill-health, grievance, disciplinary issues and poor performance.
Sarah-Beth trained at an international city law firm in London. More recently, Sarah-Beth worked for an independent law firm specialising in Employment and Partnership matters. During her time at this firm, Sarah-Beth completed client secondments to the in-house legal teams of an international broadcaster and a financial institution.
Sarah-Beth studied Law at St Catharine’s College, University of Cambridge. She then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London with Distinction.
