David Haffner

David is a corporate lawyer who advises clients on a mixture of stand-alone transactions and their day-to-day business needs with particular focus on business finance, fundraising and investor agreements.

David works with a range of companies, from start-ups through to mature companies, arranging their fundraising and investment structures and facilitating their commercial growth from both the company and investor perspective.

Prior to arriving at Asserson, David trained and worked at Herbert Smith Freehills. He graduated from BBP University in London with a first-class degree in Law and now lives in Israel.
