- Student Group Claim Representing more than 170,000 students in group litigation claims against UCL and other UK universities arising from disrupted education during Covid-19 and industrial action, with the first claim (against UCL) listed for trial in the High Court in February 2026.
- Madoff Securities v Sonja Kohn and Others Successfully defending the principal defendants in a $60 million fraud and tracing claim. After a six-week trial, listed by The Lawyer as one of the top 20 cases that year, the judge decided in favour of our client, stating that the claim was “unfounded” and that their “honesty and integrity has been vindicated”.
- Renate Blauel Acting in a claim against Elton John on behalf of his ex‑wife, who was suing the singer for breaching their non-disclosure agreement.
