Katy Nicholson-Lord

Katy joined Asserson in 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor. Katy has over 18 years of professional experience in both private and public sectors.

Her focus has been talent management and philanthropy, where she most recently built, managed, and grew a successful Giving Club product at WWF-UK, achieving a 40% YoY growth across the inaugural 3 years.

Prior to joining Asserson, Katy managed top international cycling talent, including through the London 2012 Olympics, handling press and PR, personal sponsors, and team contract negotiations. She thrives on delivering results and growth in engaging and innovative ways, while keeping her clients at the heart of everything she does.

Katy graduated with a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff University, representing the university at netball.

In her free time, Katy enjoys playing tennis as an LTA coach, wild camping, and discovering hidden natural gems of Israel with her family on the weekends.
