Shira Katz

Shira joined Asserson’s Operations team in April 2025 as a People & Operations Specialist.

Before joining Asserson, Shira managed recruitment and onboarding for international gap year programmes where she supported students and families. She also led large scale educational programmes across high schools, coordinated youth initiatives and developed informal education experiences that fostered personal growth and leadership.

Shira holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of South Africa, graduating with distinction in 2024.

In her free time, Shira enjoys dancing and cooking.
