The Asserson Real Estate Team has helped a major non-UK business make its first foray into the London prime market.  The Firm has completed for the client on the multi-million pound acquisition of an investment property which comes fully let with top grade tenants.

The property was purchased through a Jersey special purpose vehicle and sits within London’s last privately owned street, managed by its own body of beadles.
