Following completion of a purchase, we leverage our experience in landlord and tenant matters to help client to optimise the asset.

- Acting for a Jersey-based fund in acquiring multiple sites across London and the South East for residential-led schemes < £350m.
- Acting for an offshore trust in the acquisition and senior and mezzanine financing of an iconic City of London building < £100m.
- Acting on the acquisition and senior and Mezzanine financing of a high-profile flagship City of London tower involving the exercise of an option to acquire the shares in the property holding company and complex joint venture arrangements. Deploying a comprehensive partner-led team of corporate, finance and real estate solicitors to ensure timely completion of the acquisition < £100m.
- Acting for an offshore group of companies in the acquisition financing and subsequent refinancing of a major office and retail building leased from the City of London on a complex long lease < £90m.
- Acting on the acquisition and sale of multiple care homes/care facilities throughout the UK for both North/North West London and Israeli clients < £85m.
