Isaac Barron

Isaac Barron joined Asserson in 2019 and specialises in complex corporate and M&A transactions for both international and UK-based corporations. 

More notably, Isaac acted on the sale of a major infrastructure and construction provider in the UK across south England, concerning the maintenance of major highways and railways. 

Isaac studied at Salford University where he completed his Bachelor of Laws, and then went on to complete a Master of Laws, which he received with Merit, from BPP University.

Recent work:

• Acted for a US-based medical test manufacturer on the purchase of a UK competitor 
• Acted for a US-based private equity firm assisting American investors in building their UK portfolio in niche software providers 
• Acted on a pre-pack sale of a company in administration – as a Pheonix transaction
