Jonah Cowen

Jonah is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice advising clients on commercial litigation, international arbitration and insolvency. 

Jonah is currently acting for the claimant in an LCIA arbitration arising from the termination of a construction contract within the Chinese theatre industry. 

Jonah read German and Linguistics at Magdalen College, Oxford. 

Recent work includes: 

• Advising on the application of the Russia sanctions regulations
• Acting on a multi-party, multi-jurisdictional dispute relating to a civil fraud claim worth c.$2bn
• Advising a franchisee on a contractual dispute against a multinational corporation
