Joshua Felberg

Joshua is a senior associate in the Real Estate team at Asserson and specialises in commercial real estate transactions. 

More recently, Josh has acted on behalf of a Hong Kong based investment house with a portfolio in the UK worth approximately 25 million GBP. He also deals with management and leasing work on the letting of central London office space on behalf of a high-net-worth individual. 

Clients describe Joshua as being ‘refreshingly commercial.’ He has become a trusted and safe pair of hands with excellent attention to detail and a reliable source of level-headed legal advice.

Joshua completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford and then undertook further study at Princeton University.
