Liron is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over nine years of experience in financial management across the high-tech, biomed, and industrial sectors. As Finance Controller at Asserson, Liron specialises in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while overseeing critical financial operations.

Liron works closely with Asserson’s legal team and leadership to ensure financial compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency, contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives.

Before joining Asserson in 2024, Liron held senior financial roles at several organizations, including Brinks, Cyberproof, and a publicly traded biotech company.

As Director of Finance at Cyberproof, Liron managed the finance department, developed compliance frameworks, and oversaw key operations such as treasury, payroll, tax reporting, and financial audits. He also collaborated with legal and leadership teams to align financial strategies on a global scale.
