Michael Sondhelm

As Asserson’s Director of Finance, Michael is a dual-qualified (US and Israel) certified accountant with experience of leading and developing corporate financial systems.

Michael oversees revenue management, financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax and audit at Asserson, as well as being an integral member of the Senior Management Team.

Michael works with the whole Asserson legal team as well as its consultants and accounting firms. 

Recent Experience

Prior to joining Asserson in 2015, Michael worked as finance lead for a number of international businesses and non-profits including United Jewish Israel Appeal, Beit Tovei Ha’ir Retirement Home and Accent Software where he was responsible for the company’s IPO.

Education

Michael holds a BSBA in Accounting from Roosevelt University, Chicago (1984). He is a Dual CPA (USA 1984 and Israel 1993).

Michael is an avid walker and loves playing with his grandchildren.
