Nathan Sznajer

Nathan joined Asserson as a Trainee Solicitor in 2026.

Before joining the firm, Nathan worked as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Private Equity department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in London, where he assisted on complex, high‑value transactions for major private equity houses, advising on both transactional and compliance matters.

Nathan read History at UCL before completing the PGDL and an MA in Law at the University of Law, where his thesis examined competition law and the reforms required by regulatory bodies.

He is fluent in English and French, and outside of work he enjoys learning new languages, travelling, playing the piano, and supporting Chelsea as an avid fan.
