Ron Friend

Ron joined Asserson’s Real Estate Department in April 2026 as a Consultant.

He was previously a partner at Greenwood & Co, a firm founded in 1982, where he practised from its Holborn offices in London until 2026, when the firm merged with Asserson.

Ron advises clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, as well as property acquisitions and disposals across both the residential and commercial sectors. He brings many years of experience in lease extensions and the acquisition of freeholds by lessees, acting on both a voluntary and statutory basis.
