Ruby Levy

Ruby joined Asserson in September 2026 as a Trainee Solicitor.

Prior to joining the firm, Ruby completed summer vacation schemes at Ashurst, Shoosmiths and Teacher Stern, and worked as a Knowledge Paralegal in the Real Estate division at Penningtons Manches Cooper. She also worked as an essential worker at Tesco during the pandemic at the age of 18. By 19, she had been promoted to Deputy Store Manager and received an award in recognition of her outstanding customer service. Ruby also wrote several diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) articles on Jewish festivals for Tesco employees.

Ruby studied Law at the University of Birmingham and has completed both SQE1 and SQE2.

In her spare time, Ruby enjoys cooking, learning new languages, travelling and volunteering.
