Sayana Turpin Gonen

Sayana is an associate in the dispute resolution practice specialising in complex commercial disputes with experience in various areas including civil fraud, defamation and intellectual property. 

A Cambridge Graduate with a BA in Law, Sayana completed her Masters of Law at Tel Aviv University where she specialised in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law. She joined Asserson in 2021 and qualified as a solicitor at the firm in 2022. 

Recent work includes: 

• Acting for multiple parties in a High Court action involving a freezing injunction with a claim value of c.£30 million. 
• Acting on a multi-party, multi-jurisdictional dispute relating to a civil fraud claim worth c.$2bn
• Acted concerning a defamation claim on behalf of a c-suite executive at a major European corporation
• Representing an investment manager over a dispute in the Business & Property courts over a claim worth c. £2.3 million
