Uri Pawlowski
Uri joined Asserson in 2025 after a distinguished career in real estate law, spanning investment, asset management, public sector projects, healthcare, finance, and development. Prior to joining the firm, Uri led a large paralegal team, managing asset management transactions and overseeing real estate due diligence, while also spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge legal technology.
He has extensive experience advising on high-profile transactions, including large-scale acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment projects. Uri has also supported government initiatives, such as advising the Secretary of State for Education on the refurbishment and construction of schools and academies across the UK.
Uri’s reputation as a trusted advisor has been earned through his meticulous approach and ability to deliver strategic solutions for complex real estate matters.

Outside of work, Uri is an avid Manchester United fan, enjoys hiking, and tries to keep his sneaker collection under control while dedicating time to his love of reading.
