Who we are

Asserson was founded in 2005 as a bold experiment in providing English legal services from an offshore location.

Initially offering Dispute Resolution services, the firm has expanded rapidly to become a Legal 500-ranked, full-service law firm, offering Property, Litigation, Corporate, Finance and Commercial/IP/IT/Privacy advice, under both English law and US law.

Our offshore approach adds to our quality. Our team comprises some 15 partners, and over 50 lawyers, and our advisors have either worked at the highest levels in world-class law firms and global companies, or have been trained by those people.

Asserson’s headquarters are in London, but with its largest office in the heart of Tel Aviv’s business district, the firm supports clients from across the globe who conduct business under English and US law.
